Each flutter top is unique and ONE OF A KIND, made from gorgeous vintage fabrics with soft cotton-wrapped wool ties. Elasticized band at top and fully adjustable straps- may be worn over the shoulders & through hidden loop at back, halter style, or wrapped around chest band and tied (strapless). Depending on your child's age these may be worn as a dress, tunic, tank, or a cropped top. Kids can get years of wear out of these, which is always a huge plus in my books!
