The soft and squishy cloud vest is made from vintage fabrics and a layer of light fluffy batting. I have quilted the layers for the perfect amount of puff! White cotton bias trim with ties at the front. The vest is slightly cropped, a great layering piece over sweaters and dresses. Fits multiple ages.
